Emergency Customer Service Procedures
If a problem of urgent nature (such as
a plumbing leak or electrical failure), occurs during Monday - Friday after 5pm or between 5pm Friday evening and 8am
Monday morning, Straight Arrow Construction provides a 24-hour Emergency Service for our customers.
THE FOLLOWING STEPS
ARE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY:
A. IF AN EMERGENCY THREATENS PROPERTY OR IS A HAZARD
TO PERSONS:
Call our Customer Service Department at (909) 599-3405 Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.
B. DURING EVENING HOURS, WEEKENDS
AND HOLIDAYS, PLEASE CALL THE STRAIGHT ARROW
CONSTRUCTION EMERGENCY SERVICE MESSAGE CENTER FOR EMERGENCIES
ONLY:
1. Dial (626) 367-7574.
2. Please give the Straight Arrow Construction Emergency Service Message Center
operator the following information:
a. Your
name
b. Your telephone number
c. Your address
d. A brief description of the Emergency you are reporting
Your message will be sent to our On-Call
Emergency Pager and a Straight Arrow Construction Representative will
return
your call as quickly as possible to assist you in resolving your problem.
3. Please follow up after the initial phone call by faxing the Work Order Form
to: (909) 599-7405
C. UNLESS THE PROBLEM THREATENS
PROPERTY DAMAGE OR IS A HAZARD TO PERSONS, IT IS NOT
CONSIDERED
AN EMERGENCY.
*If you call a subcontractor for non-warranty
or non-emergency items during non-working hours, you will be charged for
the service call.
D. TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE
In the unlikely event of a widespread electrical
failure, please contact your local electrical company directly.
It is very important to contact Straight Arrow Construction’s Customer Service Department at any time you
feel an
emergency exists.
Your satisfaction and safety are our primary concern.
